Osasuna Trains at the Tajonar Sports Complex Two Days Before Facing Villarreal
Club Atlético Osasuna held a light training session Thursday morning at the Tajonar Sports Complex, as is customary two days before a match. Head coach Alessio Lisci’s squad worked on set pieces behind closed doors before opening the session to fans for a football-tennis game.
Midfielder Aimar trained individually after sustaining a right foot contusion in the match against Rayo Vallecano. Forward Iker Benito, who is recovering from a torn ACL, was also unavailable.
Los Rojillos will complete preparations for Saturday's home match against Villarreal with an open training session Friday at the Tajonar Sports Complex. The match is scheduled for 4:15 p.m. CET (3:15 p.m. GMT/10:15 a.m. ET).
